1. Services

Front Door Web Co. provides professional one-page websites for local small businesses. Related services may include a Brand Starter Kit, website hosting, light maintenance, or project support when confirmed in writing.

2. Payment and Project Start

Payment is required before a build week is reserved. A build week begins after payment, the intake form, and all required assets are received. If required information or assets are delayed, the project timeline may shift.

3. Client Materials

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, contact details, logos, photos, copy, and any other materials needed for the project. By sending materials to Front Door Web Co., you confirm that you have the right to use them on your website.

4. Revisions

A one-page website build includes one revision round unless a different revision scope is confirmed in writing. To keep the project on schedule, revision requests should be sent together in one clear list. Additional edits, expanded scope, or new features may require a separate quote.

5. Launch and Hosting

After approval, your website will be prepared for launch. Hosting, domain, email, and third-party service costs may be separate unless specifically included in writing. Ongoing updates and light maintenance are available when agreed to separately.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because project time is reserved and creative work begins after payment and intake, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact Front Door Web Co. as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Front Door Web Co. builds clear, professional websites designed to help local customers understand and contact your business. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
